God, Adam Levine needs to lose some of that facial hair! He looks so much like Steve Carell in The 40 Year Old Virgin in the clip it’s disconcerting.

Deutsche Bank has said it plans to cut 300 jobs at its global markets arm as worldwide credit problems cut into expected earnings growth.
