Tie a Yellow Ribbon round the old oak tree

*sweeps cobwebs*

Gaaah. Always feeling deprived of time and spirit these days. Plus my body hasn’t been very cooperative :(

Let’s see.

Friday was an effectively work-free day, as a bunch of us from the firm thronged the CBD in conjuction with the Yellow Ribbon Project (for the uninitiated, the Project seeks to help ex-prison inmates  return to society). So there were Stella and I, stationing ourselves at Chinatown, when I suddenly felt blood draining from my face and everything around me just went blurry. Had to sit myself down (with an ice cream cone :p) to prevent myself from fainting.

Fortunately the weekend started to look up from there. Went to watch the biennial Indo Arts Fest -which is generally commendable, except that Tompi was draaaaaaggy…

As the weekend came to an end, my body tried to be funny again. This time my stomach was giving me a problem. Thanks to Ayu I’m feeling better now :)

Anyways, haven’t done quizzes in a long time, so here’s one:

What City Should You Live In?

You should live in New York City. America’s largest city will ensure that you will blend into the crowd. You are the brooding type–introspective, creative, and eccentric–and NYC’s cutting-edge, individualistic culture and ambience will appeal to you.

Should get some rest now. Let’s just hope I have enough energy to go for Body Combat after work tomorrow. And ooh, fasting starts in 2 days’ time!
